Welcome to the RaptorNet support page!
RaptorNet is a school management platform that exists in two places: at raptornet.aischennai.org and as a mobile app that can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
This support site will help you log in, navigate the interface of each version, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
RaptorNet will have different tools available depending on the user. Parents will have the following tools available on the desktop version:
Wallet
The wallet function uses an HDFC payment gateway to add and manage money that can be used with school ID cards to purchase food from all locations on campus, and merchandise from the iHub.
- Add funds to your wallet via HDFC, transfer funds to and from other members of your household
- View balances and cafe purchase history for your household
Cafe
- Pre-order food for elementary students
...and in the mobile app version, in addition to Wallet and Cafe, parents will have access to:
Campus Access
- Check-in/out for families
- Communicate with us in case your child has to miss school for any reason
Community Calendar
- All the events from the publicly available school calendar at aischennai.org/calendar
- Note: Events published here will contain additional non-public information, such as a Zoom link
Newsletters and Notifications
- Access to the weekly newsletters published by the sectional principals and the head of school, as well as other all-school offices and the Board of Directors
- Push notifications for major announcements like school closures or important community events (opt-in required)
